FOUNDER & CEO
James O'Leary
James brings over two decades of international supply chain and leadership experience, building high-performing teams that deliver strategic e-commerce solutions for customers and sellers around the world. Before founding Toro, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at BARK, where he also founded and launched BARK Air. Prior to BARK, James led solution design, procurement, and implementation for Amazon Global Logistics, following 14 years at Geodis as Managing Director of a cross-border e-commerce business unit. His expertise includes global supply chain strategy, international sourcing, customs and trade, and cross-border retail and e-commerce expansion.
Nita Lathia
Chief Product Officer
Nita is a product leader with over two decades of experience in supply chain and cross-border commerce. She has held senior roles at Amazon, Pitney Bowes, and Passport Shipping, building global delivery platforms and driving growth. Most recently, as CPO at Redefined Logistics, she developed an AI-powered supply chain platform. At Toro, she focuses on turning strategy into execution by aligning technology, operations, and customer value.

Brook is an accomplished finance and supply chain leader with experience spanning Fortune 20 companies, high-growth startups, and the U.S. Army. Before joining TORO, he led large-scale fulfillment operations at Amazon, delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings through solution design, process improvement, and automation implementations. Brook's academic background is in finance and economics. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and attended the Executive Program at Stanford.
